- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 cup boiled milk or almond milk
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1/2 tsp honey
1. Add turmeric powder, black pepper, and honey to boiling milk.
2. Stir well until the turmeric has mixed properly in the milk.
3. Let cool and add ice.
